Returns & Exchanges
At Marble For India (www.marbleforindia.com), we take great care in selecting, packaging, and delivering high-quality natural stones. Due to the nature of stone materials and international export procedures, returns and exchanges are uncommon and only applicable under specific, valid circumstances.
General Policy
- All sales are considered final once the material leaves our warehouse or is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Due to natural variations in stone color, grain, texture, and finish, returns are not accepted for these differences. These variations are inherent to natural stone and are not considered defects.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of:
- Wrong product dispatched (different than agreed order)
- Confirmed damage during transport (prior to installation)
- Manufacturing defect (such as improper cutting, inconsistent thickness, or surface finish errors not disclosed before shipment)
Return Request Procedure
If your order meets one of the valid reasons above, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery via email at marbleforindia111@gmail.com
- Include your invoice number, order details, and clear photographs showing the issue
- Our team will assess your case and provide a resolution within 3–5 working days
Return & Exchange Approval
- If your return is approved, we will either replace the affected material (if in stock) or issue a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the issue.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the fault lies with us (e.g., wrong item sent).
- All returned materials must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, and properly packed.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Installed or cut material
- Natural color, pattern, or texture variation
- Delays caused by shipping, customs, or port authorities
- Client changed mind after material dispatch
Packaging & Inspection
We follow strict quality inspection and packaging standards. All materials are checked for dimensional accuracy, finish, and cracks before dispatch. Packages are sealed with export-grade wooden crates and foam layering for maximum safety during transit.
International Orders
- We ship globally using certified freight and logistics providers.
- Returns on international orders are subject to import/export laws and carrier constraints.
- Customs fees, taxes, or duties are not refundable under any circumstances.
Warranty Disclaimer
We do not provide warranties for stone longevity, as it depends on installation, usage, and maintenance. Natural wear, stains, or weathering are not considered product defects.
